Safeguarding Risk Assessment training
These sessions provide an introduction to Threshold Documents and Safeguarding Risk Assessment framework, and is essential for all social care and health staff and provides of care working in the stautory, independent and voluntary sectors. Further detail can be found on the flyer on this page.

Humberside Fire and Rescue – Vulnerable to Fire awareness – 90 minute sessions
The sessions are open to all professionals working in the adult social care arena; all housing related services and organisations; home care organisations and public, community and health services whose workers regularly visit service users and clients. The session highlights some of the circumstances in which people can live endangering themselves, and unknowingly others, and putting themselves at risk from fire.

Traffic Light Awareness – Pressure Ulceration
City Health Care Partnership community nurses recently piloted training awareness on pressure ulceration in five residential homes across the city of Hull. The response to the training has been positive and we are taking this opportunity for other residential homes to access this training to benefit clients who have a Hull GP

11 May 2012 this session will be held at the Safeguarding Adult Board offices at 1 Bridge View, Henry Boot Way, Priory Park East, Hull HU4 7DY.
7 June 2012 this session will be held at Brunswick House, Strand Close, Beverley Road, Hull HU2 9DB (Parking charges now in force)
