Course Application Process

Hull Safeguarding Adults Partnership Board training

Applications for training sessions can be made by

  • email to sab@hullcc.gov.uk or
  • telephone 01482 616418  or
  • via your organisation’s Learning & Development teams.

When applying please state the delegate names, job role, workbase address and contact email.   

The Board endeavours to advise Learning and Development and Training sections for staff from City Healthcare Partnership, NHS Hull, Humber Foundation Trust, Hull & East Yorkshire Hospitals and Hull City Council of any reservations received directly.

Reservations are confirmed by email from Hull SAPB.

Managers or contacts are responsible for notifying staff members of the training reservations as appropriate.

Delegates are asked to advise Safeguarding Adults Board of any cancellations or substitutions as soon as possible.

Delegates are asked not to turn up at a training session without a prior reservation – sessions are over subscribed to take account of non-attendances.

Training materials will be emailed (either directly to delegate or other contact) following attendance.

Places can be blocked; pending details being provided within one month of the course date, of delegates to attend. If details are not received, places may be reassigned when demand requires.

If sessions are cancelled by the Board at short notice every effort is made to ensure delegates are advised; by email directly or via nominated contact within organisation.
