Safeguarding Risk Assessment

The matrix document attached on this page, provides details used in the introduction to the Threshold and Safeguarding Risk Assessment process.

It deals with the proinciples of working with risk; and a shared understanding of risk. 

The effective management of risk and review of incidents should be supported by sound risk assessment and protection/care planning which must outline the structures in place to manage the broad range of financial and organisational risks encountered in delivering complex service arrangements.
